Data for the ecological case study tutorial
Abstract
This repository contains all the data required for the reproduction of the ecological case study conducted in the corresponding publication (doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.03.22.485147). The data are available in the form of csv tables. They contain automatically recorded vhf-signals of tagged bat individuals. The vhf-signals were further classified into behavioural categories. A list of the column names and their meaning can be found in the file Data_structure.txt. The tutorial for the ecological case study, written by Raphael Royaute and Jannis Gottwald, shows how the data can be used to derive activity models for two different bat species (https://nature40.github.io/tRackIt_activity_ecological_case_study/).
